Preparation of design documentation for the expansion of the intersection of Zamkowa Street and Bohaterów Warszawy Street in Bielsko-Biała

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of design documentation for the expansion of the intersection of Zamkowa Street and Bohaterów Warszawy Street in Bielsko-Biała. The basic scope covers a design concept with at least two variants. Under the option, the contractor may be required to prepare complete multidisciplinary design and cost documentation, including construction and detailed designs, water-law documentation and permit, environmental decision application materials, permanent and temporary traffic organisation designs, cost documentation, and author supervision. The basic scope must be completed within 100 days of contract signature. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 09:00. The evaluation comprises the basic-scope price (50%), option price (10%) and personnel experience (40%). A PLN 1,500 tender guarantee and performance security are required.
