Catering service for participants in the “Today a Pupil – Tomorrow a Student” project

Summary

The tender concerns catering services for participants in meetings held under tasks 5.7 and 12.9 of the project “Today a Pupil – Tomorrow a Student”. The contractor must prepare meals, deliver them and provide on-site catering in buffet form at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce. Task 5.7 covers up to 700 people across a maximum of six meetings, with no more than 520 participants at any single meeting; task 12.9 covers one meeting for up to 90 people. The contract will run for 10 months. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish via the e-Zamówienia platform by 28 August 2026 at 09:00 and will be evaluated on price (80%), social aspect (10%) and environmental criterion (10%).
