Tourism development on Lake Jamno – redevelopment and expansion of the existing marina in Koszalin

Summary

The tender covers the design-and-build redevelopment and expansion of the existing marina on Lake Jamno in Koszalin as part of a tourism development project co-financed by the European Funds for Western Pomerania 2021–2027. The contractor must prepare the environmental impact report, obtain the environmental decision, prepare the full design documentation, obtain the required water and building permits, demolish and build fixed and floating pontoons, construct a viewing terrace and approach ramp, install protective piles, carry out dredging and shoreline reinforcement, mark an approximately 3,150 m waterway, and complete the works and obtain the occupancy permit. The works are divided into two stages and must be completed by 30 August 2028. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 00:00. Price carries 95% of the score and the completion deadline carries 5%.
