Insulation of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Building in Kocierzew Południowy

Summary

The contract covers thermal insulation and related facade works at the Volunteer Fire Brigade building in Kocierzew Południowy, Poland. The works include insulating external walls using the wet method with 10 cm facade polystyrene, acrylic render, mosaic plinth render, reveals, external window sills, eaves soffits and painting of the insulated facade and soffits. The total insulation area is 566.105 m², of which 376.420 m² is eligible for funding. The contract must be completed within 2 months of signing. Bidders must provide a PLN 1,500 bid guarantee, submit the required exclusion and qualification declarations, and offer a guarantee of between 36 and 60 months. Offers are evaluated on gross price (60%) and warranty period (40%).
