Investment supervision for the reconstruction, upward extension and extension of Pavilion XVIII at a psychiatric hospital

Summary

The tender concerns multidisciplinary investment supervision for the reconstruction, upward extension and extension of Pavilion XVIII at the hospital in Starogard Gdański, to be adapted for a forensic psychiatry ward with enhanced security. The contract period is 19 months. The supervised construction works have an estimated net value of PLN 13,731,292.11, while the contracting authority plans to allocate PLN 336,000 gross for the supervision service. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and the experience of the structural and civil works supervision inspector (40%).
