Supply of wood – Part II – impregnated sawn timber and squared timber, narrow-gauge sleepers

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of impregnated softwood sawn timber, squared timber, narrow-gauge sleepers and planed, tongue-and-groove lining boards to Wieliczka Salt Mine S.A. The maximum quantities are: 10 m³ of 25 mm class I sawn timber, 130 m³ of 32 mm class I sawn timber, 90 m³ of 50 mm class I sawn timber, 10 m³ of 200 × 200 mm squared timber, 32 m³ of 100 × 100 mm squared timber, 15 m³ of 25 mm class II sawn timber, 20 m³ of narrow-gauge sleepers and 13 m² of lining boards. The contract lasts 12 months; deliveries may be made in up to 30 batches, normally within 20 working days of an order. The contracting authority commits to purchasing goods worth 60% of the total gross tender price, while the remaining 40% is an optional quantity purchased according to need. Delivery is at the mine’s main warehouse in Wieliczka, at the supplier’s expense. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 10:00 and must remain valid until 1 October 2026.
