Operating the school canteen by providing catering services for students of Primary School No. 169 named after the White Eagle in Warsaw

Summary

The contract covers operation of the school canteen at Primary School No. 169 in Warsaw and the preparation and serving of meals on site for primary-school pupils, preschool-class children and the contracting authority’s staff. The service is planned from 1 October 2026 to 31 August 2027. The maximum basic scope includes 65,740 lunches, 4,646 full-day meal sets for preschool children, 20,760 breakfasts, 35,465 afternoon snacks and 5,454 staff meals. The contracting authority guarantees performance of the basic contract at no less than 30% of its maximum value. An optional scope may cover up to 600 person-days for the winter programme and 1,000 person-days for the summer programme, at a fixed gross price of PLN 20.00 per person-day and a maximum option value of PLN 32,000. Offers are assessed by price (44%), quality and variety of meals (32%), dietitian experience (12%) and cook experience (12%).
