Hot meal preparation and serving service

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation, delivery and serving of meals as a catering service for school, preschool and nursery children in Rybczewice. The contract is planned for 1 September 2026 to 30 August 2028. The estimated quantities include 6,600 second breakfasts, 5,400 full lunches, 6,600 half portions for children aged 3–4, 7,740 lunches for children aged 5–6, and 2,000 each of breakfasts, lunches and afternoon snacks for nursery children. Meals must be prepared from fresh products, meet food-safety and nutritional requirements, accommodate allergies and age-specific diets, and be delivered five days a week during the school year. Offers must be submitted electronically by 27 August 2026 at 10:00 and will be evaluated by price (60%) and invoice-payment period (40%).
