Successive delivery of English-language educational materials and licences for a digital learning platform

Summary

The procurement covers successive deliveries of English-language educational materials and licences for a digital English-learning platform for preschool groups. It is divided into three lots, and bids may be submitted for one or all lots. Maximum quantities are: Lot 1 – 9 teacher starter sets, 314 child educational sets, 189 supplementary and consolidation sets, and 21 platform licences; Lot 2 – 4, 185, 135 and 12 respectively; Lot 3 – 4, 163, 120 and 12 respectively. Deliveries are made in batches on working days from 07:00 to 16:00, within 14 days of a demand notice, with at least three working days' advance notice. The contract runs until 30 June 2029, and each platform licence must cover at least one school year. The bid must be submitted electronically by 27 August 2026 at 11:00 and remain valid until 25 September 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60 points) and additional warranty period (40 points); the mandatory warranty is at least 60 months, with up to 24 additional months scored.
