The tender concerns the preparation of comprehensive architectural, engineering and cost-estimate documentation, together with author’s supervision, for the extension and reconstruction of the Special Educational Centre in Płońsk. The work includes an existing-building survey, a concept design, multidisciplinary building and execution design, an investor’s cost estimate, bill of quantities, technical specifications and all studies, opinions, permits and arrangements needed for the investment. The documentation must enable the building permit process and a subsequent construction procurement without additional design work. The service must be completed by 31 December 2026, with intermediate milestones on 15 September 2026 and 15 November 2026. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 27 August 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price at 60% and the qualifications and experience of the proposed personnel at 40%.
