Deliveries of vegetables, fruit and pickled products to Raciborz Prison in six lots

Summary

The contract covers successive deliveries of vegetables, fruit, pickled vegetables and dried pulses to the Raciborz Prison, divided into six lots, for the period from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. The lots cover 96,000 kg of potatoes; fresh root vegetables; white and red cabbage; 6,500 kg of apples; sauerkraut and pickled cucumbers; and dried white beans and split peeled peas. Bids may cover one or more lots but must cover the entire scope of each selected lot. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. Deliveries must be made using the supplier’s own sanitary-compliant transport, at its own cost, on weekdays between 08:00 and 12:00, generally within two days of an order. The bid deadline is 17 September 2026 at 10:00, and a tender guarantee is required for each lot.
