Expert service for developing standards on respecting patients’ rights in outpatient specialist care and medical rehabilitation

Summary

This procurement concerns an expert service for developing practical, legally compliant standards on respecting patients’ rights in outpatient specialist care and medical rehabilitation. The work is divided into four lots: medical rehabilitation, outpatient specialist care, the patient-organisation perspective, and the needs of people with special needs, including people with disabilities. The selected expert must prepare an independent substantive contribution, recommendations, practical solutions and checklists, cooperate with the other experts, submit editable DOC or DOCX materials every four weeks, and attend expert-team meetings. The service lasts six months from the first expert-team meeting; meetings are held at least four times per month, with at least one in-person meeting each month. Offers may be submitted for one, several or all lots, but a separate expert is required for each lot. The price has a weight of 60% and expert experience 40%. A bid guarantee of PLN 500 is required for each lot.
