Preparation of design documentation for the reconstruction of the internal Turystyczna Street in Kobylany

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design documentation for the reconstruction of the internal Turystyczna Street in Kobylany, including the road, box culvert, retaining walls, stream channel, drainage, slopes and potentially conflicting infrastructure. The contractor must obtain the required surveys, opinions, permits and final building permit, prepare construction and detailed designs, bills of quantities, cost estimates and technical specifications, answer questions during the subsequent works procurement procedure, and provide author’s supervision if the option is exercised. The guaranteed stage must be completed within 10 months of signing the contract. The optional author’s supervision stage may last up to 48 months; the contracting authority may exercise the option within 36 months of contract signing, and the option represents 5% of the remuneration. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), the designated road or bridge designer’s experience (30%) and response time (10%). No bid security or performance security is required.
