Supply and installation of lighting with its own power source in the Strzegowo municipality

Summary

The contract covers the supply and installation of 50 hybrid street lights with their own power sources in the Strzegowo municipality, at locations designated by the contracting authority. Each system must include, among other components, a metal pole at least 5 m high, a dual-module LED street luminaire with power of at least 20 W, a wind turbine of at least 300 W, photovoltaic panels of at least 250 W, a prefabricated concrete foundation compliant with PN-EN 14991:2010 under system 2+, a microprocessor controller and a gel or carbon battery of at least 150 Ah. The works include excavation, installation, programming, grounding, commissioning and testing. The equipment must be new and supplied with the required certificates, attestations, Polish-language instructions, service-point lists, warranty cards and two remote controls/programmers. The completion period is two months from signing the contract, and the bid deadline is 27 August 2026 at 10:00. The award criteria are price (60%) and warranty period (40%). A bid guarantee of PLN 3,000 and, for the successful bidder, performance security equal to 5% of the gross contract price are required.
