The contract covers preparation of the local spatial development plan for the approximately 195-hectare Śródmieście-Centrum area in Trzebinia. The work includes the plan concept and draft plan, an eco-physiographic study, environmental impact assessment, planning analyses, formal and legal documentation, public consultations, spatial data and metadata.
