Design documentation for adapting the basements of the Wieniawa Municipal Office and public primary school into temporary shelter places

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of complete multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for adapting basement areas beneath the Wieniawa Municipal Office and Jan Kochanowski Public Primary School in Wieniawa into temporary shelter places. The guaranteed scope covers Stage I for both buildings: site inspections, inventory, technical assessment, surveys, structural calculations and expert reports. Stage II, covering the full design and cost-estimate documentation, is an option that may be activated separately for each building after Stage I. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026 at 00:00. The award criteria are price (60%), warranty period (10%) and the experience of the nominated structural and civil engineering designer (30%). No tender guarantee is required, but performance security is required.
