Summary

The procurement concerns expert assessments and technical-economic analyses of facilities at the External Branch in Rosnowo of the Poznań Detention Centre, in connection with a planned change in the facility’s use. The assessments must evaluate the actual technical condition and installations and determine whether the adapted facility could be used as a halfway house for detainees. The service period is 90 days. Bidders must demonstrate the required technical capacity, provide a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee and submit an electronically signed offer. Offers are evaluated by price (60 points) and reduction of the delivery period (40 points).
