Preparation of design and cost documentation with technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works

Summary

The procurement concerns the preparation of design and cost documentation together with technical specifications for construction works for the Environmental Self-Help Home in Mrągowo. There are two parts: fire-safety adaptation of the building, and replacement of windows and the main entrance doors. The documentation must include designs, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates, technical specifications and a design-purpose map, submitted both on paper and electronically. The contract period is 5 months, and the initial concept must be prepared within 30 days of contract conclusion. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 28 August 2026. Offers will be evaluated by price (60%) and invoice payment term (40%).
