The tender concerns the preparation and delivery of two-course lunches with a drink and dessert for approximately 120 pupils of Primary School No. 2 in Nowogrod Bobrzanski. Service is required on working days from 1 September 2026 to 25 June 2027 and from 1 September 2027 to 23 June 2028, excluding school holidays, holiday breaks and other non-school days. Meals must be delivered to the school canteen at approximately 11:00, with quantities adjustable according to pupils’ orders. The contractor must prepare weekly menus with portion weights for approval, comply with food safety, nutritional and sanitary requirements, use an approved food-transport vehicle, retain food samples for 72 hours and collect food waste. The estimated number of delivery days is 163 per school year, but the actual quantity may change. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026 at 00:00. Award criteria are unit price, weighted 60%, and the latest time for reporting daily quantity changes, weighted 40%; reporting by 9:00 receives the maximum 40 points. Meal-preparation staff must be employed under employment contracts.
