Construction of a Category 1 Modular Shelter at Sports Facilities in Biesiekierz, Stage I

The procurement concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for a U-1 category protective structure with capacity for approximately 200 people at sports facilities in Biesiekierz, including the site development plan, architectural and construction design, technical and discipline designs, investor cost estimate, bill of quantities, technical specifications and a material-financial schedule. The contractor must obtain the required opinions, arrangements, administrative decisions and a building permit, and provide author’s supervision during the construction works.
