The procurement concerns the preparation of complete design documentation for a U-1 category protective structure for approximately 200 people at plot 171/4 in Stare Bielice, Biesiekierz municipality, together with the required approvals, building permit and author’s supervision during the construction works. The documentation must include, among other things, site development, architectural and construction design, technical and discipline designs, an investor’s cost estimate, bill of quantities, technical specifications and a physical-financial schedule. The architectural concept is due within 2 weeks of contract signing and the design documentation with the building permit by 15 December 2026. Evaluation is based on price (60%) and warranty extension (40%); the minimum warranty is 36 months, with 48 and 60 months receiving additional points.
