Film services for current events organized by POLIN and transfer of economic copyright in the resulting films

Summary

The tender concerns film production and coverage of current events organized by the POLIN Museum, including transfer of economic copyright to the resulting films. The service includes recording events, producing documentary or promotional films, preparing and checking transcripts in the original language or providing voice-over, and delivering the films in the required file formats. The contract will run for 36 months from signature or until the maximum contractual remuneration is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 31 August 2026 at 12:00. A portfolio must also be delivered separately as eight audiovisual works on a USB drive or portable disk. Offers are scored on price (52 points) and quality (48 points).
