Design documentation for the modernization of the mill complex and surrounding areas in Krajenka – phase I

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of full design documentation for phase I of the modernization of the mill complex on Młyńska Street in Krajenka and its surrounding areas. The scope includes obtaining construction or demolition permits, heritage-conservation approvals, conservation and construction work programmes, technical and detailed designs, technical specifications, bills of quantities and an investor’s cost estimate. The first stage must be completed within 3 months of contract signing and the remaining technical, detailed design and specification documentation within 5 months.
