Preparation of technical design documentation for construction of the Centre for Education, Animation and Art

Summary

The contract covers preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for the construction of the Centre for Education, Animation and Art, including the architectural and construction design with discipline designs, documentation for the future procurement procedure, an environmental impact analysis and a feasibility study. The service must be completed by 10 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish via the contracting authority’s procurement platform by 26 August 2026 at 10:00. The evaluation criteria are price (60%) and the experience of the chief designer (40%). A tender guarantee of PLN 5,925 is required, and performance security is also required.
