Preparation of design documentation for the expansion of Sportowa Street in Zelków

Summary

The tender concerns preparation of complete multidisciplinary design documentation for the expansion and reconstruction of Sportowa Street in Zelków, including road and drainage concepts, construction and detailed designs, permanent traffic organisation, geodetic and formal documentation, required opinions and permits, materials for the road investment permit, bills of quantities, cost estimates and technical specifications. The designer must also answer questions during the subsequent construction procurement and provide author’s supervision if the option is exercised. Stage I is guaranteed and must be completed within 12 months; Stage II covers optional author’s supervision for up to 48 months, with the option exercisable within 36 months of signing. The estimated road section is approximately 830 m. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish through the e-Procurement Platform by 1 September 2026 at 10:00. Award criteria are price (60%), experience of the proposed road designer (30%) and response time to the contracting authority (10%).
