Purchase of file servers and disks for the Polkowice District Office under the cybersecurity strengthening project

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of new NAS file servers for the Polkowice District Office under a cybersecurity strengthening project. Bids may be submitted for both lots, and price is the only award criterion with a 100% weighting. Lot 1 covers one NAS server with minimum specified processor, memory, RAID, network, drive-bay, M.2, USB and expansion capabilities, including a 60-month manufacturer warranty. Lot 2 covers one equivalent NAS server plus six HDDs, each with a minimum capacity of 24 TB, and specified performance, durability and 24/7 operation requirements, as well as integrated file-management and backup software. The delivery period is 7 days. Offers and all documents must be submitted electronically in Polish by 26 August 2026.
