Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for adapting the school building in Subkowy into a kindergarten – investment stage I

Summary

The tender concerns multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for adapting the former primary school building in Subkowy into a kindergarten, thermally modernising the gymnasium and preparing a concept for an above-ground link between the buildings. The scope includes surveys, design documentation, bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimates, technical specifications, approvals and building permission, as well as author’s supervision during the construction phase. The complete documentation is due within 9 months of signing the contract and the building permit with the approved building design within 12 months. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 September 2026 at 10:00, remain valid for 30 days and include a PLN 2,000 bid guarantee. The award criteria are price (60%), structural and civil designer’s experience (20%), electrical designer’s experience (10%) and sanitary designer’s experience (10%).
