II. Design and cost-estimate documentation and statutory permits for the Radzyń Podlaski Forest District office building

Summary

The contract covers complete design and cost-estimate documentation for a new office building for the Radzyń Podlaski Forest District, including accompanying infrastructure, access roads, parking areas, an approximately 50 kW photovoltaic installation with energy storage, and obtaining the required approvals and building permit. The contractor must also provide author’s supervision, participate in clarifying the future construction tender, make at least 6 architect-coordinator visits, and deliver the documentation in the required paper and electronic formats. The documentation and permits must be completed within 180 days of signing the contract. Offers are due by 28 August 2026 at 09:00.
