The contract concerns successive deliveries of food products for the Municipal and Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Jastrowie, divided into 8 lots: fruit and vegetables, potatoes, frozen vegetables and fish, meat and meat products, assorted food products, dairy products, eggs, and fresh delicatessen products. Deliveries will take place from contract signature until 30 June 2027, in batches ordered according to the contracting authority’s needs. Offers may be submitted for one or more lots, including all 8 lots. The contracting authority guarantees purchases amounting to 40% of the contract value; the remaining 60% depends on actual demand. An option may increase each product quantity by up to 20%, with the total option value capped at 20% of the gross value of the basic order for the relevant lot. The deadline for submitting offers is 26 August 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), complaint-handling time (20%) and the bidder’s experience (20%).
