Preparation of assessments for adapting buildings in Stąporków municipality as collective protection facilities

Summary

The contract concerns the preparation of technical building assessments for the underground parts of five public buildings in Stąporków: the municipal office, two primary schools, the municipal cultural and sports centre, and the public kindergarten. The assessments must determine the buildings’ technical condition, safety, suitability for adaptation as temporary shelters or protective structures, required construction and installation works, capacity, fire safety, evacuation conditions and adaptation costs. The work must be completed within 80 days of signing the contract and no later than 30 November 2026. The documentation must be prepared in Polish, in three paper copies and matching editable and PDF electronic versions. Offers are submitted electronically by 26 August 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% and the project manager’s relevant experience for 40%.
