The contract concerns the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for cardiology laboratories at the Voivodeship Hospital in Tarnobrzeg. The work covers an inventory, concept design, multidisciplinary detailed design, bills of quantities, investor cost estimates and technical specifications for a haemodynamics laboratory, electrophysiology laboratory, post-procedure intensive monitoring room, supporting facilities and relocated hospital rooms. The contractor must obtain the required sanitary and fire-safety approvals and provide author’s supervision until the construction works and deliveries are completed. The contract period is 3 months.
