Construction, extension and reconstruction of cultural infrastructure facilities in the Łańcut municipality under the project to strengthen cultural heritage potential in the ROF area

Summary

The tender covers the construction, extension and reconstruction of cultural infrastructure facilities in the Łańcut municipality in four lots: extension and reconstruction of the cultural centres in Głuchów and Albigowa, reconstruction of part of the cultural centre in Kraczkowa, and construction of a cultural zone with a sanitary and changing-room facility in Kosina. The works include demolition, earthworks, foundations, structural works, roofing, interior finishing, façades, electrical, sanitary, telecommunications, alarm, sound and stage-lighting installations, landscaping, and the supply and installation of equipment. Each facility must be delivered complete, fully functional and accessible to persons with disabilities. The completion period for every lot is 13 months from contract signature. The tender deadline is 15 September 2026 at 10:00. The tender guarantee is PLN 50,000.00, PLN 70,000.00, PLN 14,000.00 or PLN 20,000.00, depending on the lot. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation, warranty and statutory liability period for the works for 35%, and the environmental criterion for 5%. The environmental criterion concerns the use of lower-emission vehicles or construction machinery in Lots 1, 2 and 4, and the use of EU Ecolabel or Nordic Ecolabel certified paints in Lot 3. Bids may be submitted for all four lots.
