Frozen food supply

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of frozen products, including frozen vegetables and fruit, ready meals, hamburgers, pizza and ice cream. The contract runs for 12 months. The award criterion is price only. Bidders must submit offers electronically in Polish and provide the required declarations and documents, including declarations on exclusion grounds and participation conditions, HACCP-related documents, sanitary/veterinary approvals, proof of business notification for agri-food products, liability insurance of at least PLN 400,000, and approval of transport means for frozen food.
