Summary

The tender concerns successive deliveries of food products with transport and unloading into the contracting authority’s storage room at Szkoła Podstawowa nr 13 w Jaworznie. The contract is divided into 5 lots: fresh fruit and vegetables, bakery products, frozen food and fish, assorted food products, and fresh meat, cold cuts and poultry. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit offers electronically and meet the participation conditions, including no exclusion grounds, the required authorisations if applicable, knowledge and experience, technical and personnel capacity, and economic and financial standing. The notice also requires the declaration under Article 125(1) and, for excluded-status checks, an up-to-date register extract or business activity information and a declaration on the currency of information.
