Successive supply of food products

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of food products for Primary School No. 1 with Integration Sections named after the Silesian Insurgents in Racibórz. The contract is divided into 4 lots: fresh fruit and vegetables; poultry, meat and cold cuts; delicatessen products; and bulk foodstuffs, spices and concentrates. Delivery is to be made on working days, up to 5 times per week, at the times specified for each lot, using transport compliant with food safety rules. The price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the offer form, the relevant price form, the declaration under Article 125(1), and documents confirming the authority to sign; joint bidders must appoint a representative.
