Improving cybersecurity in the Municipality of Opalenica – Stage II – supply of IT equipment and accompanying software supporting SOC services

Summary

This is a supply contract for the Municipality of Opalenica. The contractor must deliver, install, configure and implement IT equipment and accompanying software supporting Security Operations Center (SOC) services, including subscriptions/licences and SOC services, and provide training. The scope includes 2 NAS file servers in a 2U rack enclosure with enterprise-class disks, 2 UPS units with at least 2000 VA, 2 industrial 5G routers, and accompanying software modules for SOC support (NDR, Web Secure Gateway, Email Secure Gateway, PAM/IAM/PIM/MFA, SSL certificate management, virtualisation system and log collector) with 24/7 SOC service. The contract runs until 30 September 2026. Price is not the only award criterion: licence/subscription period and warranty extension are also evaluated. The bidder must meet experience and key-person requirements and submit the required declaration.
