Supply of food products to the Gnojnik Cultural Centre

Summary

This is a supply contract for the successive delivery of food products to the Gnojnik Cultural Centre for canteens in Gnojnik and Uszew. The contract is divided into four lots: bread, frozen vegetables and fish, various food products, and poultry meat and products. Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit the bid form, the price form for the chosen lot or lots, and a declaration of no exclusion grounds. If equivalent products are offered, equivalence must be proven with technical-quality specifications or product labels. The contractor must deliver goods of first-class quality, with sufficient shelf life, in original packaging, by sanitary transport, and ensure HACCP-compliant production and staff with valid sanitary-epidemiological medical certificates.
