Politiets fellestjenester is commissioning research to develop a research-based framework for defining and measuring the police’s operational response capability in emergency preparedness. The work will identify key dimensions, indicators, relevant variables and data sources, assess their reliability, validity, data quality and practical usefulness, and recommend ways to monitor and strengthen capability over time, particularly at the local tactical level. The estimated contract value is NOK 2,000,000.
