Framework agreement for architectural services
Summary
Drammen Eiendom KF intends to establish framework agreements with 3–5 suppliers of architectural services for its project portfolio. Assignments may cover all project stages, from early ideas and development through design and implementation to completion, handover and follow-up during the warranty period. The portfolio includes new construction, alterations, rehabilitation and maintenance projects of varying sizes and complexity; the estimated contract value is NOK 35 million.
