Introduction and use of algorithmic management and AI in working life

Summary

Norway’s Ministry of Labour and Social Inclusion is commissioning a research and development study on the extent and use of algorithmic management in Norwegian working life, and on employee involvement and cooperation between the social partners when introducing algorithmic management and artificial intelligence. The assignment runs from contract award until submission of the final report on 30 April 2028, with a maximum budget of NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT.
