The tender concerns establishing a framework agreement for the delivery, installation and operation of multifunction devices (MFP) for Harstad municipality locations. The contract includes ongoing service, support and maintenance, central management of the device fleet, automated replenishment of consumables, and available service and support during the contract period. The purchase period is 2 years with an option for 1+1 years; the devices in the fleet are expected to be replaced only to a limited extent over the four-year period.
