Software brokerage services for five municipalities

Summary

The municipalities of Beesel, Bergen, Gennep, Leudal and Mook en Middelaar are procuring one software broker under a framework agreement, with five separate but equivalent agreements and no division into lots. The broker will arrange the digital supply of standard software and related services, including advice, selection and contracting, implementation support, license and contract administration, reporting and strategic guidance. The estimated value over four years is approximately €15 million excluding VAT, subject to a maximum framework value of €20 million excluding VAT; the term is initially 2 years, with one possible 2-year extension.
