Tender for Development and Construction of Beethoven Plot 2, Zuidas Amsterdam

Summary

The tender concerns the development and realization of Beethoven Plot 2 in Amsterdam’s Zuidas, comprising approximately 15,000 m² gross floor area of private-sector housing, commercial and/or cultural facilities, a childcare facility and parking. The selected developer will enter into an option agreement leading to a leasehold agreement.
