New financial system

Summary

The Municipality of Noordoostpolder is procuring a new municipal financial system delivered as a standard cloud-based SaaS solution, including implementation, migration from the current system, integrations, training, support, maintenance and related services. The system will bring together functions such as general ledger, incoming and outgoing invoicing, creditor and debtor administration, assets, commitments, financial budgeting, reserves and provisions, project accounting and land-exploitation administration. The single, undivided contract has an initial term of 7 years and may be extended up to six times by 3 years; additional compatible modules and participating public entities may be added under the contract.
