Consultancy services for the sustainable upgrade of Le Pooleweg 6

Summary

The Municipality of Leiden is procuring multidisciplinary consultancy services for the sustainable renovation of the Le Pooleweg 6 building in Leiden, which houses DZB Leiden’s chocolate factory. The services cover four phases: preparing a preliminary design and cost estimate; reviewing the contractor’s detailed and technical designs; reviewing the execution design; and, as an optional phase, supervising the works. Phases 1–3 are estimated at €200,000–€300,000 excluding VAT; the value of optional phase 4 is not yet estimated. The contract is a single lot.
