Preparing the Zeeheldenbuurt for construction and residential use in Hoogeveen

Summary

The Municipality of Hoogeveen is procuring construction-ready and residential-ready works for the Zeeheldenbuurt neighbourhood in Hoogeveen. The single, undivided contract covers the works in three phases, including construction roads, earthworks, sewers, utility routes, temporary water-management measures and the final layout of roads, public spaces, lighting, green areas, play facilities and water-management infrastructure. The estimated contract value is approximately €3.5 million, with final project delivery planned for July 2031.
