Rental and servicing of hot and cold drink machines for the Ministry of Defence

Summary

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature is procuring, on behalf of the Ministry of Defence, a single nationwide service for rented hot- and cold-drink vending machines. The scope includes installing and, when needed, relocating the machines; supplying ingredients and cups at two locations; daily cleaning and replenishment; and preventive and corrective maintenance. The current estate comprises about 1,748 machines at 140 locations, with approximately 27.75 million servings in 2025. The contract is not divided into lots and is planned for six years, with two optional 12-month extensions.
