Replacement of floor coatings in three parking garages

Summary

The Municipality of Sittard-Geleen is procuring renovation of the floor coatings in three parking garages, divided into three lots: Markt 103 in Geleen, Haspelsestraat 41 in Sittard, and Westelijke Randweg 50 in Geleen. The works include removing existing coatings, preparing and repairing concrete floors and cracks, installing new floor coatings and expansion-joint profiles, applying markings and signs, and cleaning the garages. The facilities have gross floor areas of approximately 8,021 m², 18,418 m² and 32,428 m² respectively; the work areas differ by lot.
