Supply, implementation and maintenance of a workplace and meeting-room management application

Summary

Weststellingwerf Municipality, on behalf of the three OWO municipalities—Weststellingwerf, Ooststellingwerf and Opsterland—is procuring a workplace and meeting-room management application and mobile app, including licences for 1,200 users, required hardware and implementation. The scope includes workplace and room booking, configuration of workflows and building floor plans, integration with Microsoft 365, and ongoing maintenance and support; the pricing schedule includes 65 meeting-room displays and their mounts where needed. The contract is estimated at €600,000 excluding VAT, has an initial term of four years and may be extended twice by two years. The contract is not divided into lots.
