Delivery of the Muiderberg Programme

Summary

The Municipality of Gooise Meren is procuring a framework agreement for phased reconstruction and major maintenance of public spaces and sewer infrastructure in six areas of Muiderberg: Kocherplantsoen, Brink, Dorpsstraat, Tesselschadelaan, Buitendijke and Van der Helstpark. In four areas, the existing sewer system will be replaced with separate wastewater and stormwater systems and the public space will be redesigned; the other two areas will mainly receive surface-level maintenance and repairs. The optional scope includes district heating network distribution and connection pipes within the project boundaries. The estimated value is €20 million excluding VAT for reconstruction and maintenance and €10 million excluding VAT for the optional heat network; the framework agreement has a maximum value of €45 million excluding VAT.
